Fruitychance accepts deposits through cards, e-wallets and prepaid vouchers, with a €20 minimum to access real-money play. Withdrawals run through cards, bank transfer and selected e-wallets, processed within 24-48 hours once approved. The daily withdrawal limit sits at €2,000, weekly at €10,000 and monthly at €40,000.
Before your first deposit
The minimum deposit stands at €20. Deposited funds must come from an account or card in your own name – third-party payments from relatives, friends or partners are refused. If you deposit via paid SMS, your phone number must be filled in on your profile; SMS loans with a negative balance result in account blocking without the option to withdraw.
Certain deposited funds carry a turnover requirement before fee-free withdrawal. Bets placed on live dealers, video poker, tables and other specified sections require 5× your deposit amount in wagers before you can cash out without a fee. Funds not involved in gameplay face a 20% commission on the withdrawal amount.
Methods and their trade-offs
The operator accepts the following for deposits:
- Visa, Mastercard, Maestro – card deposits land instantly
- PayPal and Skrill – e-wallet funding, immediate availability
- Paysafecard – prepaid vouchers, one-way funding only
For withdrawals, you can request payment via Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, bank transfer, PayPal, Skrill, Bitcoin and Tether. Mastercard credit card deposits cannot be returned to the same card under Mastercard terms – those funds come back through an alternative method. Withdrawals must use the same payment method you chose when depositing, though the site also states that in most circumstances a different withdrawal method is permitted.

Requesting a payout
Withdrawing your balance follows a short sequence:
- Log in and go to the cashier or account section.
- Select "Withdraw" and choose your method from those available.
- Enter the amount you want to cash out.
- Confirm the request.
- For your first withdrawal, or when cashing out more than €1,000, complete identity verification before the payment is released.
You can have one withdrawal request active at a time. A second request cannot be submitted until the first clears or is cancelled.
The wait explained
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24-48 hours. E-wallet payouts generally take 1-2 days from request to arrival. Card transactions and bank transfers take 3 to 5 days to complete. Bitcoin and Tether withdrawals are usually processed within 24 hours.
A withdrawal request may be reviewed within 36 hours. When you withdraw more than €1,000, the operator performs additional verification of gaming transactions for up to 72 hours. If the company suspects prohibited software use, the account may be frozen for up to 75 days while an investigation is conducted.
The official site time runs on UTC + 3:00 – requests submitted late on a Friday may not be reviewed until the following Monday.
Caps, fees and currency
Withdrawal limits are set at three levels:
- Daily limit: €2,000
- Weekly limit: €10,000
- Monthly limit: €40,000
The operator states there are no withdrawal fees. However, a 20% commission is deducted from withdrawals if the deposited funds were not involved in gameplay. The 5× wagering requirement on deposits played in live dealers, video poker and table games must be met before this fee is waived.
When requesting a bank transfer to return funds to the rightful owner, all bank charges and fees are covered by the person receiving the money. If your account remains inactive for 180 days, a €5 administration fee is removed each month until you log back in.
All figures on this page are stated in euros. We hold one currency through the page – the operator's own terms give several, but quoting them all turns every limit into an exchange-rate puzzle.
Identity checks
Verification is required before claiming certain bonuses and before withdrawing more than €1,000. The operator may request:
- A photo ID – valid passport, photo driving licence or national identity card
- Proof of address – a utility bill issued within the last 3 months, or a bank statement (mobile service bills are not accepted)
- Proof of ownership of payment methods – both-sided photo or scan of cards with the first six and last four digits visible and the CVV hidden, plus a bank statement for the cards
A selfie holding your ID or a form of identification may also be requested. The operator may ask for information about the source of funds and source of wealth, including a declaration and supporting documents such as payslips or bank statements. A confirmed phone number is required for identity confirmation and bonus eligibility.
When a payout is late or refused
Withdrawals can be delayed or declined for several ordinary reasons: pending verification, active bonus wagering not yet complete, a bet size above the €2 maximum while a bonus was active, duplicate accounts detected, or documents that need resubmission.
If your payout is overdue or you receive a message you don't understand, contact support at [email protected] with the transaction date, the amount requested and the method you chose. Our editorial inbox at [email protected] handles questions about this review site, not account or payment issues.
Keep it sustainable
Withdrawals are a routine part of playing, not a prize in themselves. Set a ceiling on what you deposit each week and treat anything you cash out as a bonus, not as income.
